UR Delver and tribal HELP!!!

Hi guys so I'm trying out RU Delver. I like it better than the other variations because I like the consistency two colors have rather than 3 and I feel one is too limiting :P

Anyway I was wondering how this delver would do against tribal decks since tribals also work very fast. Mostly decks like elves and maybe goblins or merfolk. Also if you could give some cards to include in my side board against these tribals that will be great! ( except for bonfire of the damned. Great card.)

Can anyone tell me the start time and location? It would be my first venture so not sure how the handicap would work
