Considering your commander, I think you can easily get away with cutting some of the tapped dual lands like Elfhame Palace and Blossoming Sands that don't really have "forest/plains" stapled on to them. I'm not sure the 1 hp from Graypelt Refuge is going to amount to much in the long run.
