Does anyone know if there is some obscure lore behind Yusri, Fortune's Flame or this Desera character in the Chance Encounter card?

I think that nothing has been revealed (yet). A Scryfall "Lore finder" search for Desera only returns Chance Encounter. So I guess either they'll tell us something in the near future or they're saving this storyline for a future set...
