if i recall correctly to hit reliable 2 creatures with Collective Company you need 26-28 cmc 3 or less, your list contains only 18. As your cmc 4 creatures are hard hitting you cant really cut them. I would cut the 2 company it is more a less play 4 or play none as it skews the deck building towards many creatures

Thanks for the coments, tbh I dont have much idea, I liked the idea and thematic and I'm trying to make it work, I might remove some 2 cost spells to put minions so CoCo works better
