Bug: The Missing Cards feature doesn't honor active decks

I have 1 copy of Bedevil in my collection which is active in a deck, therefore making it unavailable for use in another deck.

I went to see what cards I needed to make jrdineen114's Comedic Gold deck

When I went into Tools -> Missing Cards the dialog doesn't show Bedevil in the list :(
Am I doing something wrong?
