Need help with my counter deck

This will the first deck that i have made just for Modern, what should I do to make it better?

Sideboard cards are cards i am ordering and thinking about adding into the deck either as sideboard material or into the deck as a replacement. Should i also add Elixir of Immortality into the deck?

The only real issue I see is a lack of consistency. Instead of having two copies of many spells/creatures you should be playing 4 copies of the better option.

so i should get some hardened scales to replace the sage what else? and what else should i get to replace cards?

i think its to slow for modern beacause against control your big creature are  nothing and against aggro you might be to slow

To deal with control decks i plan on adding some shroud protection on my bigger creatures... I don't know on how to deal with the aggro decks so maybe some add some more creature removal?
