Completely lost... upload not in correct format?

I just exported my collection inside MTGO and went to upload it but no matter what format I try it says it's wrong, but the page says it support the exported option? What am I doing wrong or missing? Appreciate any help

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you please send me a copy of the deck you are trying to upload and a screenshot of the message it's showing you?

Is anybody else having problems exporting decks to MTGO?
