I see Infernal Contract and Cruel Bargain, have you considered Peer into the Abyss as well? A bit more expensive, but it gets you half your deck instead of just four cards.

. Yes I had it in the deck but cost to much mana for the quickness of the deck. I am slowly adding more stuff to make it faster. A turn 3 or turn 4 38/38- 42/42 creature will be hard to deal with

Hex Parasite is another cheap option for mass life loss (because the activated ability says "up to", the target does not actually have to have a counter on it. You can just pay the 2-life phyrexian mana to remove 0 counters on something as many times as you want).   I would also recommend Momentous Fall as an option to draw a ton of cards & regain the life loss by sacrificing the buffed creature (especially if it gets targeted for removal, or you're wanting to buff a different creature the following turn)

As a friend of mine would say "That's Gross" on Hex Parasite. I definitely like it. I do like Momentous Fall and it is a good option. Thing I noticed when playing against my playgroup is once they figure out and see what you are doing your stuff becomes quickly targeted. Nobody likes having a 40/40 with lifelink swinging at them on turn 3-4. So the deck needs to survive a turn to have open mana then to be able to use Momentous Fall if needed on the next turn. I am trying to find where I can protect my board while interacting just enough on other boards.

Not sure if you want them, but Shadowspear, Canopy Cover, Dense Foliage, & Glaring Spotlight seem like cards you may be able to make use of, as well.
(Note that Dense Foliage stops spells, but not abilities.)

Tree of Redemption could also serve double duty in this deck, as "swapping" life total counts as life gain or life loss equal to the difference - so it could be your massive life loss, or your insurance to survive.
(or both at the same time, if you happen to have an untapper)

I like these ideas and put them into the sideboard. It will allow anybody wanting to copy the deck being able to use these suggestions as well. Right now I am trying to get the avg mana cost of 2.17 down as low as possible without hurting the integrity of what the deck is supposed to be doing.

Make that 2.04 on avg when you have Not of this World usually being cast for 0

I have notice one thing while playing this deck. A statement from someone who plays against this deck for the first time. They'll ask to see my commander and I show them and they'll always say "Oh a life gain deck". I say "Yeah and no, you'll see". Once you play for example Pain's Reward and start the bidding at 38 or 39 life, tap the commander to put 38 or 39 counters on a lifelink creature then they take a second look at the commander and go "Oh it also goes for life you lost". That part most people skim over reading until they see it happen on the battlefield.
