First three-color deck I've built. Not entirely sure what I'm doing with the amount of basic lands I have: 9/9/7 of Plains/Forest/Islands respectively. However, I seem to have enough ramp and fetch lands to make up for this lack of basic lands.

You are definitely not running enough lands. Your avg curve is 2.40 while running only 30 lYou should at least up that to 35 lands to keep some consistency of being able to play your cards.

Looks cool! I would throw in 3-4 more ramp cards though. Maybe Rampant Growth, Llanowar Elves, and Avacyn's Pilgrim. Cheap stuff. Your Curve is really low, so your basically trying to get 4 mana (Arcades) as soon as possible (Ideally by turn 3). If you want 4 mana by turn 3, you want to have already cast all of your ramp cards by turn 2. So finding ramp cards 2 mana or less is ideal.
