I'll suggest what I suggest for every 5c deck: play The World Tree. Whenyou draw it, it will make your mana 10 times better, and it has basically no opportunity cost.
Golgari is life. And death.

The first thing that jumps out at me is that your deck only has one source that can make red mana - Command Tower.  I don't count Exotic Orchard, as that relies on one of your opponents playing red AND having a land that can make red mana.  That will often happen.  But not a guarantee.

This one red source isn't a huge deal.  You only have Boros Charm, Pramikon, and one of Kenrith's abilities that require red mana.  I would think you wouldn't want those to be dead if your Command Tower isn't out.  Since all your ramp is land based, I would simply swap out a couple lands for some basic Mountains.

Also, what is your game plan?  How do you intend to win?  I see 6 tutors in your deck.  What will you search up to further your own position?
Happy Brewing!
:)

My game plan is to protect Kenrith and either gain a lot of life and kill people with Sanguine Bond (or effect like this) or steal all creatures. My tutors are for the biomancer which reduces costs of Kenrith, Wilderness Reclamation and card of +1/+1 and life gain section. I forgot red mana it's true, ill add it.
Thanks

I feel if your going to go all in on this you need more tax/protection for yourself, like Ghostly Prison / Propaganda and Crawlspace / Silent Arbiter / Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite

The problem with these cards is they are fairly expensive and might push him over budget, otherwise, they are great suggestions.

How good are slow fetches, especially if you don't have land-typed duals (i.e. the ridiculously expensive ones)? Wouldn't you be better off just with tapped duals? And there are better options than those - I suggest bouncelands and filter lands as good budget choices, but even Temples are better.

I would also include at least one basic of each type if only to give you fixing if you fancy/need it via ramp spells or basics-only fetches like your Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse (Fabled Passage is apparently not that budget any more... I never buy cards, so I don't know). I don't think I like the Tainted lands when you have so few Swamps. Rather than fixing your mana, they might do the opposite.

On that note, isn't Arcane Signet still cheap? I don't know what is or isn't budget, but I would evaluate your ramp options carefully if you want to optimise that a bit. I don't really like Ghirapur Orrery - even if you're not able to use all of green's better, one-sided options, this doesn't do much for you. On the one hand, Kenrith is a massive mana outlet so you're probably quite happy for everyone to ramp, but on the other hand you'll also never be without cards so the draw aspect might just help other people. I would rather use cards like Collective Voyage, Tempt with Discovery or, maybe even better, Rootweaver Druid! These are also IMO just a bit more fun as they have a slight political angle.

A really funny card for Kenrith is Tainted Remedy which gives you an alternative to Sanguine Bond (I'm actually trying a non-Kenrith deck built around this card, but there aren't that many other ways to abuse it sadly).

In terms of cards like plaguecrafter, merciless executioner, and fleshbag marauder, I think that these cards, outside any strong synergies, are bad.  The reason being is that it just generally creates enemies, and cannot target specific things that might be a problem to your board or your kenerith.  Its possible that you catch someone to sacrifice something nice, but just generally each player will sac their worst thing, and the threat that you need to deal with is still there on the board.  Meanwhile all 3 players are annoyed with you, all while you've thinned out some of the garbage, that's not why you were playing removal in the first place.  I think you're better off just playing infernal grasp, doom blade, and terror or some combination of those cards

You do actually have a specific synergy here: Kenrith. He can reanimate these guys, meaning that for enough mana you can wipe the board. For a more casual "first deck" (i.e. not generating infinite mana) it's probably not a big deal, though. Having one of these in your graveyard and always having that option (at instant speed, no less!) is nice, though.

Honestly, I tend to agree. It's nice to have this sort of effect in there somewhere because it can e.g. remove a lone voltron commander who's hexproof/indestructible/whatever, they mess with people with few creatures, and unlike targeted removal they're (relatively) card-efficient (unless everyone sacs tokens) because you hit something per player. However, as you say, you're running removal usually because you want to remove specific things; these are more like "value removal" where they can be good to have, but aren't filling that specific role.
