Minor Bug: "copy" when editing collection resets the view

• I'm editing a collection
• I add a card from "direct card entry" (left panel)
• It gets added to the collection (right panel), it lights up for a bit, and the view stays there
• I click the "copy" icon in the collection
-->
• The card entry gets copied, but the filter "resets" to the first card in the collection, so in order to change the values of the new entry I have to enter its name in the filter

A similar related bug:
When I add a card and a card with that name already exists, sometimes (especially if you are showing 10 cards per page) there's a chance that the card you added will be on the "next" page compared to the one that is shown instead (that is always the first with a card of that name).
Also sometimes if I edit such a card like I add or remove the foil star, it may jump to a different page.
