Kyodai was always a less optimal choice, not really synergising with Scion, and seemed out of theme as a dragon that had no place in Skyrim (take a look at the art... the body is made out of human limbs... ew....). Karrthus, on the other hand, is much more in keeping with the aesthetic, and adds a valuable ability to give all my Dragons haste that works with the mass reanimation spells (and a side ability to regrab my dragons if someone steals them, or really screw up the Ur-Dragon deck that is also in my playgroup!).

Ha, Kyodai ended up going back in... Mentally, since he's a spirit Dragon, I'm putting him in the same bracket as Durnehviir (aka the Dragon that was trapped in the Soul Cairn).
