Why Serum Visions over Ponder? Also, I would diversify the fetchlands, don't want to get got by Pithing Needle

As stated above, you should definitely spread your fetchlands, as long as they fetch blue. Also, I would most certainly play Daze & Force of Will, they are the format's powerhouse and you will have hard time playing vs decks that do run them. Just my thoughts, in the end feel free to build your deck however you want.

Ponder will be going in. Thnks for the suggestion guys. I prefer bounce over counter cards since im relying on mill to disrupting my opponent.

I do not understand the use of the fetch land for a monocolor deck, can you explain ?

To trigger Hedron crab and Ruin crab land fall abilities. The deck thining is also a bonus
