Only in that it prevents each card from being targeted.  It will stop Scavenging Ooze from feasting on your graveyard.  But if someone can exile the cards in your graveyard without targeting them, playing Bojuka Bog perhaps, then they will still be exiled.

Something like Aegis of the Gods will protect you from player targeted grave exile effects.

I would personally just go for Stifle (et al.) and counterspells for protection. Just stop the grave exile in the first place. Those two categories work against all threats; Stifle for Bojuka Bog / Relic of Progenitus and counterspells for general protection.

I don't mean to be rude here, but how many threads on protecting from exile are you planning to make exactly? This very question was answered in one of your older ones when the card itself was brought up.

To supplement the proposal of MustaKotka: Gruul Spellbreaker is like Aegis of the Gods, except it works only on one's own turn. Also to add to Landale: yeah, too many threads on protection from exile. Be careful next time.

It depends on the wording. Look at Relic of Progenitus. It's first ability targets a player. So if you (the player) have hexproof, that ability can't be used to exile cards from your graveyard. The second ability doesn't target a player, so it can still be used to exile your graveyard, even if you have hexproof.

If YOU have hexproof, it only means that you can't be TARGETED (by effects that your opponents control).  Nothing about that prevents any specific thing from happening to you.  It just means that effects that say TARGET can't select you.

Opponent's Bojuka Bog can't target YOU as the player to exile their graveyard.

Opponent's Scavenger Grounds will exile your graveyard.  It does not target.
