Requesting feedback/suggestions on budget white exalted deck

Hi everyone, this is a link to my budget white exalted deck that I plan to build soon:

This is not the first deck that I've designed, but this is the one that I believe to by the most consistent and powerful. I also know how to play MTG, but this is the first deck that I will actually own by myself (I own half of a tried and tested blue/white flying deck) and as a result I want to make sure its a good one. My friends like the deck, but I don't want to waste money on a deck that never wins against their constructed ones (I know I should be playing MTG for fun and not to win, but imo it's no fun when you lose several games in a row ).

And that's why I've come to these forums. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on the deck, and any ways that you think it could be improved to truly pack a punch
However, I'm trying to keep the cost of this deck quite low and as a result I would prefer it if you could keep the suggestions to a low price please (e.g. Sublime Archangel is too expensive for me).

Hi, if you don´t want to waste money and you play casual games use proxis until you are sure what cards do you want. Talk to other people can help, but testing is the only way to be sure a deck works.

I think Elspeth, Knight-Errant second ability is great to exalted because makes your only attacking creature bigger and more difficult to block.
