You play to many non permanent spells. Muldrotha live on the different permanent types.
And you need more Ramp ( Rocks and creature ) and more Lands, between 34-37.

is a good option, better than
decree of silence
. But it is not a Zombie. Muldrotha x Tribal is not so easy to combine. Muldrotha is a commander with the strategie to sacrifice the same Permanents again and again. Permanents with cool etb and ltb.

Yeah I am scrapping the zombie tribal. I am working on edits to make it more recurrence focused. I will update eith the currebt build soon
