I would add thought vessel to that list.  for a while Homeward Path was in all my decks, but my current playgroup doesn’t steal creatures as much.

I removed lightning greaves from a lot of decks that don't really need the haste for a commander's tap ability. 

The shroud as protection is useless when I need to target my creatures. And in a world of mass destruction there are better protections to put in that spot.

I'd add myriad landscape. Not the best ramp but can go in every deck, fix a color eventually, takes 2 lands out of your lib and lands are usually not removed.
