Kaldra Compleat is really good with Stoneforge Mystic in the deck and really bad otherwise.

Also Fabricate seems really off in your deck. While most of your deck is geared towards gaining tempo, this card sacrifices a lot of tempo to search for a specific artifact. This seems like something a combo deck would do, but not something like your deck. Instead I'd try to get some actual card advantage in there. Think maybe Thoughtcast / Thought Monitor / Urza's Saga if you want to go more into the artifact theme or maybe Archmage's charm / Memory Deluge if you want to go more into the counterspell theme.

Finally there is no reason to run only islands in your mana base. At least you could run one Castle Vantress and one Otawara Soaring City. Further considerations should be Darksteel Citadel / the tapped Modern Horizon 2 Artifact Lands if you go the affinity route, horizon lands like Fiery Islet, maybe Hall of the Storm Giant, or more copies of the above mentioned lands.
