I need to remove 17 cards from my sackrifice deck

For starters, I'd say you don't need 40 lands, and chromatic lantern is overkill in 2-color decks with all the cheap duals they printed since Scoured Barrens.

Other cards that could be cut, imho:
- Death Cultist: 1 life probably won't matter in commander
- Grim Harvest: Can you afford to pay 2B each time you sac something?
- Backup Agent: I don't see +1/+1 counters synergies.
- Sunbeam Spellbomb: as an artifact, it doesn't really synergize with the rest of the deck.
- Ammit Eternal: In your average 4-player game, this guy won't survive the turn cycle.

I hate to just repeat what someone else said but...you have 42 lands in this deck and no real reason to have that many. You could easily cut 4-6 of them along with Chromatic Lantern (not really that good in a two color deck) and cut 5-7 (around half of the 13 you still need to cut).
