46 lands is a lot. You can cut those down and add more low-cost spells. Particularly removal spells, as those are lacking.

One thing that helps is to divide the cards into categories by function. These are the ones that I typically have.

Mana ramp
Card draw
Removal
Protection
Lands

After that the categories will depend on the theme of the deck. In your case you would have a category like "Dragon-support" and then "Other dragons".
