Guy, you cant win in Turn 2, because the ability of Llanowar Augur says that you only can active that in your upkeep... In this case you must play Llanowar Augur in turn 1, but you wont attack in Turn 2 with another creature... You also can win in turn 3

Well, any infect with Mutagenic Growth can win in turn 2. Glistener Elf turn 1, turn 2: Land, Groundswell, Giant Growth and Mutagenic Growth. There's not special
