I believe a Blood Moon would be the end of this deck.  Too many non-basic lands with no counters

You are completely right.
Tribal Wars is a format without Sideboard, so the only case you will face Blood Moon is if they have it at their main list which is totally possible.
If you want to prevent from this, just change some lands for basic lands, no more concerns.
