Cheap Deck Tournament Winner

The main point is to use heroic abilities using instants as soon as possible to make your opponent desperate and the Spear of Heliod and launch the fleet to overwhelm your opponent as best as you can.

Take out 5 cards. I'd recommend: 4 of Raise the Alarm, and one of your 12 targeting instants.

If this reaches the Late Game, you are going to need a way to reset your opponents board. Folding in a 3 count of Mass Calcify seems prudent.
