Gisa Raising Hell

Yet another zombie deck but this one is different. Sidisi wants to mill creatures to create tokens, Varina wants to discard to reanimate, this one wants to commit crimes to create tokens. I'm expecting it to play totally different. There are about 15 cards that are carry over to the other decks but a good portion is actually different.

I'm not quite sure what I'd say to swap it out for, but have you considered Disciple of the Vault? With how rampant treasures are it's a pretty reliable source of crimes on other people's turns to maximize how many zombies Gisa can pump out.
Also, since you're already looking ahead with a Duskmourn card on that list, Vengeful Bloodwitch serves as a nice backup Blood Artist.

I think I know what I would take out for them. Probably Lightning Greaves and Mindstone. I know they're totally different roles but Mindstone was kind of a placeholder anyway and Lightning Greaves I'm not sure how much Gisa (the main one I would put it on) would need it.

Saw the value in Lightning Greaves for someone other than Gisa. Opponent removed Blood Artist while trying to do the combo with Phyrexian Altar & Gravecrawler.

Based on your thread about card draw, Castle Locthwain, Fountainport, Bonders' Enclave, and War Room are nice sources for drawing.
Additionally Ghost Quarter, Demolition Field, and Field of Ruin provide more crimes while interacting with pesky lands but also replacing them to avoid drawing quite as much hate as you could for just straight land destruction from something like Dust Bowl.

Swapping out Phyrexian Arena for Necropotence for the explosiveness it can have.

Just going to suggest the 1 drop target artifacts you could also use in this deck.  Relic of Progenitus, Phyrexian Furnace, Squee's Toy, Glasses of Urza, and Codex Shredder. They really don't do much but they do what Gisa needs which is target. Then since your Zombies are also rogues you could add in Oona's Blackguard,  Butch Deloria, Tunnel Snake,  Thieves Guild Enforcer,  and Stinkdrinker Bandit. The bandit works great because if any 3/3 rogue zombie with menace isn't blocked it then becomes a 5/4.
