This deck is a pauper-legacy deck. Made for casual tables. It can be fun to play and wins often. Bounce opponents lands and just starve them out of the game.

This deck cost me under $10 to build. I did have some the cards already like the cloud faeries but even if you don't have it only runs about 20 bucks to buy and build.
