You should add a Sanguine Bond or two in the deck. Also, Crypt Ghast can help with mana ramping, and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth turns everything into a swamp, letting Crypt Ghast do its work efficiently.

28 is a lot more land than this deck needs :) I would suggest you try around 24 for starters. also, you should probably run some cards to help you find your combo pieces; perhaps run some tutors eg. Rhystic Tutor, or expand to three colours with blue for cards like Ponder and Preordain. It's not very reliable to just hope that you will run into the right two cards before your opponent kills you :)

Thanks for the feedback, designed this one last night quite quickly, will try to work with both your ideas.
