I would consider Meek Stone instead of Ensnaring Bridge. I think Temporal Extortion would also go a long way in the deck. I would find room to put in a couple of those. Last but not least, in discard decks, you cant go wrong with the old skool Hypnotic Specter and Dark Ritual combo. It would fit right in this deck and give an explosive first turn combo. Otherwise, looks good!

Nice deck, if you  don't mind i will use this deck in a tournament, but a can't get my hands in "the rack", any suggestions for a substitute?

I'd cut the Pack Rat, and only add in 2 cards to go to 60. It's 8 Rack without the Liliana of the Veil. Funeral Charm on Isochron Scepter can lock down an opponent to only instant.
