It would become a legal deck for Legacy, this is for modern. Anyway, thanks for your suggestions!

You can play Manaforge Cinder instead of Rakdos Cackler. Maybe the Deck becomes a little faster. In this way you can start with two or one Reliquary Tower and one Swamp. By the way this Deck is awesome. Elixir of Immortality could be usefull. ;)    Sry for my bad english.

@lionG
Manaforge Cinder doesn't make the deck faster.
If you pay 1, it gives you back R or B.
If you pay 3, it gives you back three R or B in any combination, it's like a Mana converter.

New card from DTK that could go well in this deck, Damnable Pact

In my opinion it is faster. In this way you dont need 3 or 2 swamps to throw your threats on the field. You dont have to wait and that makes you faster. Everyone needs luck to draw the right card in the right time. But not everyone has it. So why not play safe?

wouldn't this deck be a little better if you actually had something to remove problem cards?
I mean.... you're giving LOTS of cards to your opponents, they'll be using all of those against you....

This deck could really use some discard or reactive cards

right now the deck seems like too much of a slave to it's theme to be competitive.

Manaforge Cinder gives your Reliquary Tower the ability to become an extra black if you only have 2 Swamp out and are trying to play Underworld Dreams. In my opinion it fits better in the deck than Rakdos Cackler.

Just 59 Cards. Add one more!^^
I have reconstructed this deck a few weeks ago. But I have changed a bit (Manaforge Cinder, Damnable Pact and other Stuff) and I lost most of the games because of Spiteful Visions. Maybe you should reduce it to two and then add two Fate unraveler again. I add 2 Nykthos to my Manapool. Sometimes I was able to add 8-10 Mana! Maybe is Gray Merchant of Asphodel a good choice for this Deck too just because off the high devotion in this cards.   I really love this Deck and its mechaniks and i want to see it competitive :D! Here is the List i have played on fnm http://deckstats.net/decks/35188/233159-draw-burn?lng=de
