That is a good thought, Deadeye Navigator would make a good pairing with Master of Waves to keep spamming tokens once they are beefed up a bit.

This deck originally had creatures for mill when other blue creatures cam in and when damage was dealt, also draw when damage was dealt. I really liked how it originally played, but you cam a target fast, so I removed all of that stuff and made it to its latest form. Further tweaking it to its current rendition, plays much better and faster now. Here are the changes that I made for the latest tweak.

Removed from the deck
1 Ring of Evos Isle
4 Aqueous Form
2 Inaction Injunction
1 Archaeomancer
4 Stealer of Secrets

Added to the deck
2 Elixir of Immortality
1 Staff of the Mind Magus
4 Ghostly Flicker
3 Divination
1 Sigiled Starfish
1 Seacoast Drake

I couldn't figure out how to work in the Deadeye Navigator, the cost seemed just to high for the deck.
