In Commander/EDH no it is not, First a couple of rules for Commander/EDH. 1) A deck is exactly 100 hundred cards, with one of them being a Legendary Creature. 2 Your deck must contain no more than a single copy of any card, with the exception being basic lands.

As the deck is, it looks like it could be run good with a normal variant of game play.
