I personally am not a fan of ravenous rats and would run cuomobajj witches and distresses over them. Also only one corrupt. Don't ever want to have two of those in your hand.

There are so many better colorless options than wastes. Also I do not see the utility of brain in the jar. Why not more thought knots or even a reality smasher as an extra win con. I'd love to know how this does as it's the most fun looking Thing in the ice deck I've seen

No Drana? Also lightning axed is ew with Olivia. It's a 2 of not a 4 if even a 2. Too much discard with not enough mana.

I feel as if there is too much reliance on Olivia, which is fine. However, you do not have many other discard outlets in addition to having trivial madness cards. You need more non creature spells that can be played with madness to take full advantage of Olivia. Imho.
