I think you're going towards the right direction with this.
Consider these: Lightning Greaves, Primeval Titan, Carnage Titan, Silklash Spider, Vernal Bloom, Worldly Tutor, Scour from Existence.

Also I would get rid of the untapping Elves, and put Overgrown Battlement, Sylvan Caryatid or even Vine Trellis. These make tons of mana, they can block weenies, and you don't have to put auras on your lands which is a bit risky... If you want to overdrive your lands, you can run cards like Vernal Bloom as I proposed above.

Changed the deck to Mardu and dropped the Chimeric Idol and Well...

This deck attempts to destroy the opponent by attrition. It is built around the idea that you can disrupt the opponent's mana production and turn their lands against them.
It also features the Stuffy Doll + Pariah combo which means that you can safely ping the opponent to death but also that you may not be affected by Manabarbs or Citadel of Pain. It also has good sunergy with burns spells like Blasphemous Act and Boros Reckoner (all the damage goes to the opponent).
*Beseech the Queen ensures you have what you need
*Wound Reflection doubles the damage you dealt.
*Meekstone has great synergy with Blind Obedience
*Blind Obedience's Extort mechanic works wonders with this deck

Congregate and Spiketail Hatchling were Commons in Urza's Saga and Prophecy respectively which are the expansions of the copies I own.
As I understand it after tedious research, these cards are legal in Pauper even though they have been printed as Uncommons in later expansions.
