General Magic / Rules question about priority and multible ETB effects.

So I have a Faerie Artisans out and it has already made a token of Mantis Engine or something and they're the only creatures I have on the field. Now an opponent plays a Fleshbag Marauder on their turn and its ETB triggers at the same time as my Faerie Artisans'.
How does this go down?
Since they have priority, does Fleshbag Marauder's ability automatically go on the stack first or do they get to choose which ability goes first?
Now let's say it does go on the stack first. That means my Faerie Artisans' ability resolves first, and I make a copy of Fleshbag Marauder whose ability also goes on the stack.
Now, as part of Faerie Artisans' resolution, I have to exile Mantis Engine before I even get the chance to sacrifice it to either Fleshbag Marauder, right?
Now my own Fleshbag Marauder resolves and I have to sacrifice either it or my Faerie Artisans, then my opponent's Fleshbag Marauder resolves and I must sacrifice my Faerie Artisans.

I'm not entirely sure. Does that sound right?

Lmao, I was just abbreviating Barbed Shocker but I guess Shocker would be a good card too.

Not too bad for bitchbasic.
Consider Barbed Shocker and maybe something like Power of Fire because Shocker doesn't need to do combat damage so you can just sit back and giggle.
Everything else you probably already know. Megrim is pretty much a must.
Fate Unraveler and Underworld Dreams are good Nekusar redundancies. Don't really like Spiteful Visions because it hurts me too.
Maybe a Font of Mythos. Sphinx's Tutelage is pretty decent.
