This is a really aggressive deck, so I would recommend cutting Mystic Archaeologist and Riverwise Augur. They are very slow cards and I would replace them with more Sage's row savant. Also, I would go up to 4 of Wizard's retort and Wizard's lightning. Mist caller also doesn't really do much and I would also go to 4 Exclusion mage, maximize altitude, Viashino pyromancer, and wee dragonauts. they are really  strong cards in decks like this and you should capitalize on them, and League guildmage isn't that good and I would suggest cutting it as well. I hope these suggestions help!

This deck seems pretty solid but there's 2 cards I would reccomend cutting Siege Rhino and Blood-cursed Knight. They just aren't that good in a commander game. I would recommend Opalescence and Replenish as they are both huge payoffs in an enchantment deck.

This deck is interesting, but I feel like it has flaws. You are mainboarding 4 winter orb, but you are running many 3-4 cost cards. Even with a utopia sprawl, you can only get 2 mana per turn. How do you get around this?

Even if obelisk cost zero, it still denies this aggresive deck from attacking for a turn, while master of etherium also is a big body.

If you have the money, I reccomend adding Verdant Catacombs instead of evolving wilds. Azusa, lost but seeking would also be incredible in your deck. Lastly, grim flayer seems like a nonbo with Splendid reclamation because it makes it harder to get delirium.

Obelisk of Urd doesn't seem worth it. It costs too much for what it does. I would replace it with Master of Etherium. Also, Vedalken Archmage and Quicksmith Spy seem very slow for a fast format like modern. I recommend adding Galvanic Blast and Serum Visions. If you have the money, also add Scalding Tarn and Steam Vents.
