I copied it and tried to fix it.. here's what I ended up with, I didn't spend a lot of time on it but it should work better at least.

Deck: Relentless Rats EDH
My cousin said he wanted a commander deck where the strategy was to overwhelm them with rats. At first I thought okay.. a black populate deck, but then I thought of Relentless Rats and couldn't help myself. Any suggestions on making it cheaper while keeping as many Rats as possible? Possibly cheaper tutoring, or something along those lines.
