I Like the B/U control idea alot. Two points:
1. Not enough land. You will need more. 26 is a bare min. You should really target about 27 for a control shell.
2. I fell that Icefall Regent is just underwhelming. It is a good card but as a four of in this shell it seems weak.

I like the idea, but it needs streamlining. You have to get it down to 60, 62 cards.
I am working on a brew like it myself. It seems like a fun idea.
