I wonder if playing with a few Sigarda's Aid would be helpful to flash in Mechanized Production during your opponent's end step while keeping mana up for counter magic and such. If so it may be worthwhile to include a few more auras (such as Ice Over) to go along with the Open the Armory as well.

Having Trophy Mage to tutor out Deadlock Trap could also be helpful. Though you may have time to draw into it regardless.

I totally understand how it is just getting back into MTG and having a limited card pool to work with. I figured it was something a long those lines.  :)

I think finding room for 2 Wesvale Abbey is a great plan. As for Oketra the True, I think you could easily just swap out one of the Aven Wind Guide for her and maybe just have a second copy in the sideboard for certain match-ups that you need her more. Which if you've been gone from Magic awhile and looking to get into constructed formats such as Standard, make sure you're thinking of your deck as 75 cards (60 main, 15 sideboard) rather than just one unchanging deck.

Keeping the Trueheart Duelist is a good idea as you mentioned. I especially like that you can block with her early and then bring her back with embalm for 3 potentially the next turn. Your curve is a little heavy on the four drops so having a turn 3 play after double blocking (and hopefully making good trades) could help.

Speaking of 3 drops, I could see trying to add a few cards here and lowering your number of 4 cost cards. For example Oketra's Monument is great but you could perhaps run a single copy of it (since it is legendary) and then have several copies of Trophy Mage to fetch it out of your deck. You could then also include a few other relevant single 3 cost artifacts to up the value such as: Kefnet's Monument, Inspiring Statuary (great with all those servos you are making), Whirlermaker, etc.

I am also wondering if you may be a bit light on land count considering the number of 4 cost cards you are planning to use. Smoothing out your mana curve could help, but you may just want to find room for a couple more lands. Might take some play testing to see what you can get away with, but consistency is important too.

Really like the deck concept, and Anointed Procession really amps up the rest of the deck much the same way Winding Constrictor does for the current B/G decks. It also works on clue tokens, so I could see adding more cards like Thraben Inspector (which is a great 1 drop by itself) because of that.

I'm assuming you are using Meandering River over Irrigated Farmland for cost purposes?

Other possible cards that seem like they would be good with your tokens:
Westvale Abbey (for the same reasons Mono-black Zombie decks run 1-2 copies, and another token producer)
Invocation of Saint Traft (I'm not sure if you would get to keep the extra token if Anointed Procession is in play)
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun (seems to fit in with the overall game plan, but doesn't combo with Westvale Cult Leader directly)

I could see using Oketra the True here as well since she has so much synergy. She would be an extra later game threat and another way to generate tokens. She may be slower than you want though, so perhaps a good sideboard option vs. control.

While Glorybringer is a powerful card, it seems a little slow and expensive for this deck currently. Being able to play everything on 4 mana and potentially pitching extra lands with Key to the City, Bloodrage Brawler and even the first +1 ability on Chandra, Torch of Defiance seems to play much better.

Revision 3

Added/removed cards:
-1 Glorybringer

Changed amounts:
+1 Key to the City

Want to get Key online for Unlicensed Disintegration, madness cards and card filtering ASAP

I do like Homunculus, but find it is slow in the current meta and usually dies before it can flip. Baral is easier to protect when you drop him turn 3+

Going to try Glimmer for extra card draw and filtering, with the extra energy recharging Aether Hub.

Upgraded Void Shatters to Disallows for more countering options.

With discarding, never really want to keep more than 6 lands so it hurts to draw Wandering Fumarole at all stages of the game and never really have enough mana to activate it while doing anything else

Revision 5

Added/removed cards:
-4 Curious Homunculus
-3 Shreds of Sanity
-4 Void Shatter
-3 Wandering Fumarole
+4 Disallow
+4 Glimmer of Genius

Changed amounts:
+2 Island
+2 Key to the City
+1 Smoldering Marsh
+1 Torrential Gearhulk

Often found that Thing in the Ice was triggering with a kill spell on the stack, thus negating it when it transformed and sending the creature back to the opponent's hand instead.

Testing with Curious Homunculus instead for similar spell heavy synergies. It also has the added benefit of being a Baral substitute and stacking as well for more spell reduction.

Revision 4

Added/removed cards:
-4 Thing in the Ice
+4 Curious Homunculus
+2 Key to the City
+2 Spirebluff Canal

Changed amounts:
-1 Baral, Chief of Compliance
-1 Shreds of Sanity
-2 Smoldering Marsh
