Took some doing, but I think I found a list of things to cut.
CUT:

Then cut either Embermaw Hellion, or Furnace of Rath. (Keep the one you don't cut)
Then, if you feel like going all out, take out Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs for Tooth and Claw.
That leaves you with 100 cards, which to get to 99 I cut out Humble Defector, going to be hard to befriend people when all your doing is damaging everyone. If you feel you need the card draw, feel free to take something else out.

Got two card ideas for ya in case you didn't know/think about them.
First is Vision Skeins, it's a cheap casting cost (and dollar cost) and draws less ire since you aren't forcing ever one to discard, so it's more card draw for yourself as well as triggering Nekusar.
Second is Dragon Mage, it does Winds of Change whenever it hits. It's also a 5/5 flyer which isn't to bad. A weaker version is Barbed Shocker, but it only targets one person.

Thanks for pointing out the Legion Loyalist being better than the Ordruun Veteran. Didn't even notice that before.
I have the Warleader's Helix instead of Lightning Helix because I actually had them, and not sure about wanting to buy them. Same kind of Story on Aurelia.
