I can see you're new. A basic rule in deck building: no deck should be over or under 60 cards. And I'd recommend not having a ton of 1x cards, usually if there's a card in a deck it will be 2x-4x. Most often it will be 4x. There should always be 20-24 land cards. If you're using more than one color, have lots of land. If you're using one color (monocolor) use a low amount of lands. For the average new player, try playing standard or modern. Vintage is EXTREMELY expensive and very few play it, so you won't have many tournaments to go to.
