I like it! I personally would always run a full playsett of Kitesail Freebooter and you should try Claim / Fame instead of Macabre Waltz

yes! if you cut the fetchlands and go with a different mana base you will save more than 200 $... something like this:
- 3x Plains
- 3x Swamp
- 2x Mountain
- 2x Godless Shrine
- 2x Sacred Foundry
- 2x Blood Crypt
- 1x Isolated Chapel
- 1x Clifftop Retreat
- 1x Dragonskull Summit
- 1x Concealed Courtyard
- 1x Inspiring Vantage
- 1x Blackcleave Cliffs

You can also cut Bitterblossom for something else, like Lingering Souls
