Deck Reviews / EDH Nekusar

Hi everyone!

I've been thinking for a while about starting in commander, and after working a bit, I have come up with this deck. It would be about making everybody draw cards while also draining them. I would love sombebody to review and rate the deck for me, since I am very new in the format. It would also be important for the deck to be relatively cheap, hence some cards decisions.

Hace ya un tiempo que en mi grupo de amigos estamos hablando sobre empezar a jugar a commander. La cosa es que a mi me gustaría mucho más hacerme mi propio mazo que commpar uno preconstruido. Después de un tiempo trabajando en él, ya tengo más o menos la lista del mazo, pero no tengo muy claro que sea buena idea o por lo menos viable.
El mazo es el siguiente:

¿Qué os parece el mazo? ¿Tenéis alguna idea de cambio o mejora? La idea era un poco también que el mazo no fuese caro, así que en ese sentido más o menos se ajusta.

I had thought of Servo Exhibition instead of the two Ninth Bridge Patrol. I however see Linvala, the Preserver more as a sideboard card, maybe with a couple of Fumigate
