Atraxa, Praetors' Voice - EDH WIP

Looking to make an Atraxa counters EDH deck that is Capable of a lot of counter generation and multiplication
Deck is built to a tight budget. looking for advice of replacements with stronger contenders that will work with the commander a bit better

Mechanized Production is a perfect addition to this deck however is unfortunately on the limits of the players investment. (Mainly sourcing with budget or freely given).

Will be added later on once this has been play tested over the next couple of weeks.
