Thats my attempt in bringing the ETB Counter deck to a low budget.
Note, that the Sacred guide (https://cards.deckstats.net/magiccard.php?utf8=1&lng=de&card=Sacred+Guide) will guarantee you to draw the 'no ETB' card.
