Crowned Ceratok -> Kitchen Finks  (removed a fourth redundancy for addition infinite combo potentials)
Contagion Engine -> Ashnod's Altar (removed expensive redundancy for combo potentials)
Terramorphic Expanse -> High Market (not enough basic lands to support the fetch land added combo potential)
Evolving Wilds -> Snow-Covered Forest (not enough basic lands to support the fetch land added basic land)
Blighted Woodland -> Thornglint Bridge (not enough basic lands to support the fetch land added dual colored land)

ccevik is correct, because it contains the black mana symbols it can't be used in a RW edh deck. (The rules state that if the mana symbol is present on a card it can't be used if that mana symbol isn't also on your commander's card.) I would look into adding Leonin Shikari for instant speed equips.

I'm confused by all of the Mountains and Rootbound Crags in your deck. Nothing currently in it requires red mana for anything.
