Vicious Rumors are better mainboard than duress since duress will only hit non-creature cards.
20 lands are not enough if you want to cast spells like Liliana, Dreadhorde general or ritual of soot consistently, you will need 23~24 at least.
Also, you do not have anything to cast on turn 2 apart from rats. I would consider adding seekers squire for explore effect.

Also splashing to blue for thought erasure could be good idea. Its a little better then Drill Bit since you do not have a way to deal dmg early on, and also give you good sideboard options.

I was playing it at fnm. Went 2-2, and the only reason was mana flood/screw. I need to mess with that lands a bit. Maeby add some fast land from khaladesh, instead of check lands. But killing opponent with flying valduk and unblockable elementals cause of umezawa was super cool, I can tell that for sure
