As a Modern deck, you should include creatures like Gravecrawler, Midnight Reaper, Plague Belcher, Undead Augur, Carrion Feeder or Death Baron, and some removal like Fatal Push, Defile, or Nameless Inversion.

Other thing, 19 lands in a 2.68 CMC deck are very few. You should use 20-21 lands or you may be in mana screw a lot of times.

Card draw is an important thing, unless you are very aggro, in that, you should prefer put creatures or deal damage instead of spend mana in ways to draw cards.

Black colour normaly has a way to draw cards paying life (in your deck, you gain a lot of life it shouldn't be a problem).

Some cards I recomend you to draw cards are this:

- Arguel's Blood Fast
- Altar's Reap
- Costly Plunder
- Dark Prophecy
- Erebos, God of the Dead
- Grim Haruspex
- Midnight Reaper
- Phyrexian Arena
- Read the Bones
- Sign in Blood
- Vampiric Rites

Some of those cards are for a casual deck, not for a competitive deck, but lots of them are very cheap, so they may be good cards in a casual deck.

Other good cards if you want a budget casual lifegain of lifedrain deck are those:

- Vampire of the Dire Moon
- Gifted Aetherborn
- Vampire Nighthawk
- Drana's Emissary
- Tithe Drinker


If you want to drain life when creatures dies, you also can include cards like this:
- Blood Artist
- Falkenrath Noble
- Cruel Celebrant

Only one question, do you think this is a Modern deck? Well, all the cards are legal in modern, but this is a very casual deck, not a modern deck. Modern is a competitive, very competitive format, with powerfull decks, not a format to play this kind of decks. Good luck playing this in modern.

Vampires in modern are not the best tribal, goblins, elf, humans or merfolks are much better. But, if you want a vampires deck, it should be very aggresive. You must win in turn 4 or 5. Every turn over turn 5, your oportunities of winning are less.

-75 cards, 8 CMC5, 4 CMC6, 4 CMC7.
 
-Only 2 vampires CMC1.

-0 Vampire Nocturnus

-A lot of cards with abilities to sacrifice but 0 Viscera Seer

-Only 2 CMC3 vampires but 0 Vampire Nighthawk or Drana, Liberator of Malakir or Captivating Vampire

-Five bad removal, but 0 Fatal Push, or Victim of Night, or Go for the Throat or Defile or something like those (and of course, 0 Gatekeeper of Malakir)

-Only 20 lands with CMC medium of 3.27... and a lot of bad equipment and auras.

Sure urza.exe but this deck is not legal in modern, it is a pauper deck. But yes, in pauper, it should be very interesting

Como consejo, o llevas 4 Elvish Clancaller, o no lleves ninguno. Es una de esas cartas que son de o 4 copias o ninguna. porque puedes buscarlas con su habilidad. Y sólo 1 Ezuri, me parece demasiado poco, sí, vale, llevas 4 chord de base, pero aun así...

Por lo demás, el mazo bien aunque yo hubiera hecho splash a negro para meter los 4 Shaman of the Pack, me parece de los mejores elfos que puedes incluir. Eso, y los Collected Company que las veo casi más imprescindibles que los Chord of Calling.

It should be interesting, if you use more than 29 lands, and lands that give your mana white and black. If you only use 29 basic forest, you can't play anything in the deck.
