Added/removed cards:
-2 Dark Confidant -> most likely a suicide: four Leyline Binding and Scion of Draco (6 and 12 mana drops). I love you Bob but this is not your cup of tea
-1 Dromoka's Command -> I thought it might be better to have other cards to remove or neutralize threats
-1 Humiliate -> gone for second Kroxa
-1 Migloz, Maze Crusher -> I thought it would be better to have other removals. Moreover, for flexibility's sake, it could be better to have two Qasali Pridemage on the Sideboard
-2 Ob Nixilis, the Adversary -> It could be too slow as someone might counter and we lost one creature... Gone in favor of the two additional Teferi, Time Raveler
-1 Stomping Ground -> too many green mana sources, we miss blue and black
-1 Terminate -> gone in favor of other removal spells
-1 Thought Erasure -> fone in favor of other removal spells
+1 Watery Grave -> Need more blue and black mana sources
-1 (SB) Hidetsugu Consumes All // Vessel of the All-Consuming -> move to maybe board
-1 (SB) Tormod's Crypt -> move to maybe board
-1 (SB) Wild Slash -> move to maybe board

Changed amounts:
+1 Abrupt Decay -> solid removal (add after Dromoka's Command)
+1 Arid Mesa -> red and white fetch is more util than red and green
+2 Drown in the Loch -> can both counter and remove (add after Terminate and Thought Erasure)
+1 Geist of Saint Traft -> pain in the ars for opponents
+1 General Ferrous Rokiric -> 4x to have a solid presence on the board
+1 Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger -> removal and late-game big player
-1 (Main) +1 (SB) Qasali Pridemage -> got a lot of removal spells, this could be moved to the sideboard
+2 Stubborn Denial -> 1 mana for an everything counter
+2 Teferi, Time Raveler -> slow opponent down
-1 Wooded Foothills -> gone for an Arid Mesa

In side: vs artifact consider Smash to Smithereens, or vs enchantment destructive revelry. Instead play forest you can try to play copperline gorge or rootbound crag
