Revision 4

Drossforge Bridge provides four more artifacts in the deck, potential boost to Galvanic Bast, plus indestructible land.  Still experimenting with land-to-spell ratio, maybe 22 lands?

Okagachi suggested some changes in the direct damage portion and pointed out Basilisk Collar would be better fit in place of Sparring Collar.
