I like the deckidea but I would cut some cards:
- Favorable Winds (you don't have enough flyers in the deck)
- Jhoira's Familiar (it is too expensive and your manacurve ends at 4 CMC)
- Damping Sphere (it's more an sindeboard Card against storm)
- Unwind (there are not many spells in the deck that could be cast after an Unwind. Maybe an cheaper Negate would be better)
I would add some Card filtering
+ Search for Azcanta
+ Treasure Map (works fine with Traxos and Zahid)
+ Walking Ballista
maybe even 1-3 Mox Amber

I play a similar deck, but I run
3 Saheeli Rai
3 Vraska, Relic Seeker
3 Jace, Cunning Castaway
4 Chandra, Torch of Defiance
with even more Planeswalkers in the sideboard
2 Ajani Unyielding
2 Tezzeret the Schemer

I think if you run are running a PW deck you need more then only 7 PW, and you have to run those PW which can protect themself or kill creatures (maybe both: Vraska)

-4 Nimble Obstructionist
-4 SirenStormtamer
-2Tempest Caller

add
+4 Riddleform
+4 Enigmadrake
maybe +4 Soul-Scar Mage
and more red removal and more cantrips

Just Play Aetherflux Reservoir for 4CMC and kill the opponent

Cut the Tireless Tracker and the Channeler Initiate
As Backup maybe Chandra Planeswalker?

After several testing games it turns out, that Fling is a perfect sideboard card! Negate is also a great way to deal with Opponent non-creature spells.

Fumigate will add a fourth Color and with WW to cast it`s not an Option
Drake Haven is nice, but there are not enough discard/cycle cards for real Advantage. Maybe one or two Drake Haven in the Sideboard.
Thing in the Ice could work as well as Bedlam Reveler.
