I can't take all credit for the idea, it's mostly the design of the tolarian community collage youtube channel, but I liked their idea and tweaked the deck to make it a bit more budget and more to my liking.

Hey man, I've got a budget niv-miz deck too if you want to check it out. It's got some pretty sweet synergies, depending on which niv you're planning to use as your commader.

You may want to consider running Gishath as the commander,I've played around with a similar deck and I've found that you just end up with so much more value off of him.
